At Simply Tinted, we want you to be completely satisfied with your essentials. If our tints aren’t the perfect fit for your life, we are here to help. As a small business, we pride ourselves on a fair and transparent return process.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Free from any scents, pet hair, or signs of wear.
Hygiene Non-Returnables
For the health and safety of our community, certain items have specific restrictions:
- Underwear & Socks: Due to hygiene standards, these items can only be returned if the original hygiene seal or packaging is completely unopened and intact. Once opened, these items are final sale.
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return
Because we are a small team, we handle every request personally.
- Email Us: Send a message to sale@simplytinted.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: We will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide instructions on where to send your package.
- Shipping: As we already provide free shipping and inclusive tax on all orders, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- Approved Returns: A refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong “tint,” please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right immediately at no extra cost to you.
