At Simply Tinted, we focus exclusively on serving our community within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, allowing us to maintain the highest quality of service and speed for our domestic customers.

Shipping Rates & Sales Tax

  • 100% Free Standard Shipping: We believe in simple pricing. Shipping is free on every single order, with no minimum purchase required.
  • Sales Tax Included: To ensure a “no-surprise” checkout experience, all listed product prices are inclusive of sales tax. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Order Processing & Transit Times

We know you’re excited to receive your new essentials. Here is what to expect:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Transit Time: We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once dispatched, your package will generally arrive within 3–7 business days.
  • Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.

Order Cancellations

Because we strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible, we have a limited window for changes:

  • 1-Hour Window: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of payment.
  • In-Process Orders: Once an order has entered the fulfillment process (after the 1-hour window), it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the items, you may follow our standard Return Policy once the package arrives.

Delivery Guarantees

While USPS is generally very reliable, delays can occasionally happen due to weather or seasonal volume.

  • The 15-Day Protection: If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipment date, please contact us at sale@simplytinted.com.
  • Resolution: For any verified shipment exceeding this 15-day window, we will gladly offer you a replacement shipment or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
